Shipping We ship 95% of our shipments by UPS Ground. This is normally the most economical service in our area. We can also ship by by your Fedex, DHL, or other carrier account. When we ship by UPS ground, a tracking number is automatically sent to your email address. If you have a spam filter, this email may be blocked. Most international shipments are shipped by USPS Global Express Mail. This is normally the best deal on shipping internationally. We can also ship by by your Fedex, DHL, or other carrier account. We do require that all international shipments are shipped by a trackable method so we can't use USPS Airmail or any other service that does not provide tracking. We can ship any package by a faster method than those stated above. We can ship by overnight services but we do not guarantee an overnight delivery. There are too many factors out of our control that can delay a package and we have found it impossible to guarantee this type of service. We will ship in the manner agreed on. Please note the we do most of our packaging at night and the UPS pickup time in our area is 12:00 noon so don't call at 3:00 PM and expect a package the next day. We can't help our location on the UPS pickup route. |
